Gums, spray helps quit smoking: NHS

LONDON: Doctors at National Health Society (NHS) have said that smoking could be replaced by gums and spray, as they bring down the level of nicotine. The NHS was of opinion that e-cigarette is yet not on the replacement list so they must be bought from drug stores. The doctors suggest that gums should not be used more than three months, while for some people it may take longer. It was also suggested that taking gums or spray for longer time might make the user addictive to it.
