Eight food items termed risky for health

London: Everyone in world wants to eat healthy food whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner and it is also demanded the food should be tasty. There has been a lot of research on which food is healthy and which is not healthy. According to least research here is a list of eight food items that have been termed risky for health: chocolate, mass produced bread, biscuits, energy bars, flavored milk, powdered slimming products, chicken nuggets and powdered soup.
